ABOUT
I draw from a broad range of education and experience to support my clients along the journey to heal from the past and become the fullest expression of themselves.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound before going on to pursue a Masters in Child, Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University in Seattle.
I take a mindful and compassionate approach to therapy with the intention of guiding my clients to connect with their true selves, build awareness, and gain clarity. I believe solutions already lie within each person and can be found through the gateway of tapping into their own inner guidance. I blend mental wisdom with body wisdom to help clients get unstuck, heal, and create change with greater ease.
I am passionate about working with individuals ages 16 and older to help them gain clarity, manage life's transitions, set healthy boundaries, and build a stronger relationship with their inner self.
In my free time I love to garden, travel, play outside and read.

As a person who seeks greater meaning and authenticity in my own life, I have experienced a profound process called SoulCollage® that harnesses the power of creative action to both honor and heal from past wounds to find joy and freedom from old stories that keep us stuck. As a certified SoulCollage® facilitator, I bring this practice into my work with clients to help accelerate change. I also offer community workshops and individualized packages.

Personal Boundaries: Learning to protect your energy and time as you move through change.
-
Self-Trust: Overcoming self-doubt to feel more secure in your daily life and decisions.
